Marc Watson

Founder

Marc is an expert in everything business-related and he guides and advises. He brings a wealth of business acumen and provides a safe pair of hands, every step of the way.

He started his career as a criminal barrister so it’s all about the detail where Marc is concerned. Nowadays, he’s a very well-respected businessman in the sports media sector. In a former life, as the CEO of BT TV, he changed the UK television market forever, with the launch of BT Sport.

Helen Platt

Branch Manager

Helen started at Industrious Recruitment as Branch co-ordinator in 2014 and has most certainly been instrumental in its growth and success.

Having worked for Accenture for 12 years, starting as an Administrator, and progressing to Contracts Delivery Manager, Helen has extensive knowledge of HR and the wider business environment. Her time spent in India, setting up the offshoring facilities is evidence that nothing phases her and that she rises to any challenge.

Her heart of gold defines her. Helen is also renowned for the amazing speed at which she gets things done and her quick wit. We dare anyone to outwit her.

Hannah James

Managing Consultant

Hannah is Managing Consultant here at Industrious Recruitment. Hannah has tonnes of experience working in various industries before pursuing her career in recruitment five years ago. She quickly progressed to managing consultant, most recently working with the Life Science sector.

With second-to-none organisational skills and an innate desire to support people, Hannah is a natural at recruitment and a true team-player.

Wioletta Langridge

Recruitment Team Manager

Wioletta has the outstanding ability to stay calm and keep her sense of humour, even when most would be overwhelmed with the task ahead. She is driven by the desire to changes people’s lives in a positive way by finding the right job for them.

Having worked in recruitment for over ten years, she manages to see the bigger picture and address the key priorities for her clients. Wioletta has lived in four different countries and speaks four different languages. Her modesty means that she doesn’t appreciate how impressive that really is.

Emma Green

Resourcing Consultant

Emma’s previous recruitment experience and fantastic work ethic stand her in good stead for this critical role within the team.

Her organisation skills are second to none – a serial multitasker, she always keeps a smile on her face even when working on a tight deadline to find the right candidate for a next day start.

A seasoned traveller, Emma has seen many wonderful places as she travelled the world so we feel extremely luck that she’s got her feet well and truly under the table here in sunny Milton Keynes.

Kelly Prescott

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Ten years in recruitment, spanning two continents and many different industries, Kelly is super-experienced and is a glass half full kind of person. She spreads a positive energy around the office, and over the phone!

Kelly has recruited for a wealth of different roles from senior procurement positions, to secretarial support into Investment Banking, Hedge Funds and Private Equity firms. She knows how to develop her skills within different markets to get the best for her clients.

Kelly Jackson

Recruitment Consultant

Kelly joined industrious as an administrator on a temporary basis but soon showed her lovely warm nature and quickly became an excellent consultant on the medical desk.

Kelly manages the day to day running of the medical desk – candidates and compliance and takes it all in her stride.

Vicky Hayes

HR & Payroll Manager

Vicky joined Industrious Recruitment in July 2021 after deciding to make a career change following 13 years heading up a support team in the IT industry. Since being with Industrious Vicky has completed a level 5 CIPD qualification and is now an associate member.

Vicky is extremely organised and a self-confessed perfectionist but she’s also very welcoming, loves a challenge and is a valued and trusted member of the team.

Emma Smith

Client Development Manager

Emma is a true recruitment guru with an amazing network of contacts in the area and a genuine desire to find solutions to complex situations.

Based in Milton Keynes for many years, her reputation and industry knowledge brings both drive and vibrancy to Industrious and her fresh ideas are provide new perspectives to issues our clients are facing.

Her current focus is on supporting our new clients’ resourcing activity and developing innovative ways to help them attract the highest quality candidates.

Sandra Paine

Accountant

Sandra is the internal accountant and has been since the start. She is reliable, highly-organised and fastidious – which is great for the rest of the team as it takes the worry away.

Sandra is an integral part of the business and although she has freelanced for many different businesses across lots of different sectors, we like to think she’s found her niche in the fast-paced world of recruitment.

Stephanie Rodford

Payroll and Compliance Administrator

Stephanie joined the team in October 2021 with previous experience in payroll and administration and a real passion for providing great customer service. Her experience and can-do attitude is a great support to us all.

Stephanie is confident, organised and can never do enough to help. Outside of work, she usually has her head in a book unless she’s knee-deep in study for her Forensic Psychology Degree. Super interesting.

Sevi Ivanova

Resourcing Consultant
Sevi has wealth of experience within the gambling industry and spent 10 years working for one of the world’s largest cruise line companies, exploring exotic destinations and cultures.
Sevi is well organised and self-motivated individual, loves a challenge balancing between her family and studying for her BA in Fashion Marketing and Management.

Kinga Wisniewska

Recruitment Consultant

Kinga joined the team in 2023 and is a great addition to the Industrial desk. Kinga decided to start her career in recruitment because of her interest in psychology, she believes that to do the job you need to have good understanding of people and situations.

When Kinga is not at work, she enjoys thrift shopping and spontaneous camper van trips to the seaside. She is proud to admit that she has never seen game of thrones.

Medical Compliance Administrator

Sanda Joined the team at the beginning of 2023 with previous recruitment experience from owning her own company in Romania. After a 13 year break Sanda decided to return to the industry that she loves.

When Sanda is not at work she enjoys travelling to see new places and experience new foods.

Kia joined the Industrial team in 2023 after completing a Law with psychology degree. Kia loves helping people and enjoys building relationships which is why she was the perfect fit for our team.

In Kia’s spare times she enjoys dance & athletics and when she isn’t working or dancing, she spends the rest of her time  travelling with friends.
