Social Media Manager

We are seeking an experienced social media marketing and content creation individual who is creative, innovative with a passion for retail brands.

Technical Skills required:

• Knowledge of all social media platforms including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat

• Experience in using social media software such as Sprout Social would be preferable

• Must have experience with designing, creating and executing engaging social media content for e-commerce/retail brands. Ideally 2+ years.

• Needs experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar

• Must be able to make video content that can be used across our social platforms

• Experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Execute a variety of elements for social media campaigns including content seeding, moderating user-generated content and any other activities as required

• Measure and report on the efficiency of social campaigns in addition to real-time monitoring of social profiles
